Wanzai summer cloth originated from Wanzai County, Jiangxi Province, known as the "Hometown of Summer Cloth in China". With a weaving history of over 1,600 years, the "Wanzai Summer Cloth Weaving Technique" was included in the National intangible Cultural Heritage in 2008. It has won a gold medal at the Panama International Exhibition and is a distinctive cultural calling card of Jiangxi. Relying on high-quality ramie from Wanzai and slightly alkaline water sources, the summer cloth is woven with pure hand-made round yarn technology. The yarn is fine and uniform, breathable and crisp, easy to wash without wrinkling, and its coolness far exceeds that of silk and cotton. It is a natural and environmentally friendly "breathable fabric" that combines ecological and practical value. Centered around the national-level intangible cultural heritage inheritors, father and son Song Shuya and Song Zhixue: Song Shuya founded the summer cloth factory in 1988 and was recognized as a national-level inheritor in 2009. His son, Song Zhixue, has been deeply engaged in the craft, innovatively integrating Bai ethnic group's tie-dyeing, and has also established a cultural center to pass on the art.

They are elegant in style and are exported to Japan, South Korea, France, Germany and other countries. In the future, medical applications will be expanded to bring new life to the thousand-year-old skills.
